The menu is eclectic with the usual fish and chips along with offerings of scampi, lobster, curries, homemade pies, sausages, mushy peas and various side dishes plus desserts and a fully stocked bar.
 
The business is also hired out for special events such as birthdays, weddings and sports days and is on venue for Test Match cricket especially when England play in Antigua with their vast following of supporters.

With almost no fixed overheads, profit is 70% of turnover.  Even during Covid, demand remained good and there is no reason to doubt that sales could easily return to pre-Covid levels with the increase in tourism and be more than doubled by an operator prepared to work a few extra days in one or two more locations.  Mobility is the key.  Might suit two couples prepared to share the expanded workload.
