5 acres of prime development land located on Antigua's east coast with small beaches and docking facilities. Suitable for several different projects. Provisional approval for 50 bedroom hotel and casino.
Originally a small resort, Brown's Bay has been unused for some years and has fallen into disrepair. Two schemes have been considered for the site, one of which includes a marina with a capacity of up to 50 yachts.
A more simple 50 boutique hotel resort with villas, pool, sports bar, club and casino has been approved in principle by the Development Control Authority.
The site would also suit an upmarket, gated, residential development for a small number of villas with some joint facilities and mooring for boats with the villas. Private moorings are at a premium in Antigua.
Details of the approval in principle are available together with more information on the two schemes.
